Consent

I understand that I assume full responsibility for my arrival and departure to and from Landa Ruen’s art class (located at 3642 Citrus Ave, Walnut Creek, CA). I understand that Landa Ruen and all other persons and entities associated with the property 3642 Citrus Ave, Walnut Creek, CA shall bear no responsibility for the means by which I arrive at or depart.*

Waiver and Release of Liability

I agree that I will not hold Landa Ruen liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage or loss of insurance. I release Landa Ruen and all other persons and entities associated with the property (3642 Citrus Ave, Walnut Creek, CA), from all liability incurred as a result of my participation on the property and waive my right to any legal action to Landa Ruen and all other persons and entities associated with the property (3642 Citrus Ave, Walnut Creek, CA)*

Photo Release

I give permission to Landa Ruen to use photos taken of myself while participating in an art class, session, event, or workshop as well as photos of my artwork to be used for website, social media, and marketing purposes. I also give permission to Landa Ruen to use photos taken myself and my artwork to be used for social media, marketing, and websites.

Ability to engage in art activities and assumption of the risk

Landa Ruen takes all possible precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy and enjoyable experiences. I warrant that I am able to follow directions for all activities in the studio/class/workshop. I acknowledge that risks from participation in class activities exist and that I willingly attend an activity by Landa Ruen knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury or illness.*
